1. Use Software to Recover your Emails:
To recover your emails back, you should use third-party software such as Kernel for Outlook PST Repair. This tool helps to repair the PST files and to recover your emails quickly. It can recover any messages or attachments if in case, you mistakenly deleted them. It helps to saves the recovered PST in a fresh new PST or in other formats like DBX, MBOX, MSG, EML, TXT, RTF, HTML, and MHTML. 2. Export Old Mail History:

At this point, you have to select Create new profile. You should use the Outlook wizard just to setup the new account by using an email address and password.
4. Import your Old Email:
You should open the new Outlook account. Then, you need to click on File option and then select Open & Export. Now, you should click on Import/Export. Here, you have to select Import from another program or file and then click on Next option. After this, you should select Outlook Data file (.pst) and then click on Next option. At this point, you should click on Browse. Here, you have to locate your PST file on the location where you have saved it. 5. Use Recover Deleted/Lost Emails feature:
To recover the emails, first in the left pane you should select the Deleted Items folder or the Junk Email folder. Then, you have to select the message which you want to recover and then select Recover. Now, you should select the message which you want to recover and then select Not junk. If in case, you do not find an item in the Deleted Items folder, then you should check the Recoverable Items folder. Here in the left side of the Outlook.com window, you have to select the Deleted Items folder. After this, on the top of your message list, you should select Recover deleted items. At this point, you should select the items which you want to recover and then select Recover and press OK.
