Block Emails on Outlook App:
For this, first you have to Start your computer system and then open the ‘Outlook Web App’ and after this, sign in to your Outlook account. Now, you have to select on the ‘Settings’ option and then select the ‘Mail’ tab. Under the account section, you have to select your Account. Then, you have to click on the ‘Block’ or ‘Allow’ options.
If you want add an email contact to the ‘Blocked senders’, then click on the required box and just enter the ‘Email address’ from which you are receiving emails. Then, just press on the ‘Enter’ key and select Add button. When you add the email address to the list of ‘Blocked Senders’, then you have to click on the ‘Save’ option to save the changes which you have made.
Block Emails on Outlook on Mobile Phones:
First, you have to open the lock screen of your mobile phone and then go to the ‘Applications’ menu. Then, open the ‘Outlook app’. If you logged out, then you just give the proper Outlook login credentials and then click on the ‘Log In’ button. After this, just go to the ‘Inbox’ and then find the ‘Email’ or the ‘Email Address’ which you want to block. Now just open the email message and go to the ‘Three vertical dots’ which is on the top-right hand side of the computer screen. You will see the to block the ‘Senders’. When you expand the options, you have to click on the ‘Move to Spam’.
Block Unwanted Emails on Outlook Express:
First open Outlook Express and then sign in to your account. After this, just click on the ‘Inbox’ and search the ‘Incoming email messages’. Here you have to highlight the ‘Email message’ which you want to block. Then, go to the ‘Message’ option and click on it, here you have to expand the ‘Menu’ options and then click on the ‘Blocked Sender’ list. After this, you should click on the ‘Yes’ and ‘Add’ all the selected email messages to the ‘Blocked Sender’ list. To confirm this, you have to click on ‘Yes’ and ‘Save’ option to make the changes.
Check Blocked Emails on Outlook:
For this, you have to open Outlook of any version and then sign in to your Outlook email account. After this, go to the ‘Settings’ options and then you have to scroll down and select the option ‘View all Outlook Settings’. Now, you have to click on the ‘Mail’ option. Then just select the ‘Junk Email’ and then go to the ‘Blocked Senders’. Here, you will see the list of all the blocked email addresses. Now, you can read the ‘Blocked Email Message’. If you want to restore the ‘Blocked Email Message’, then you have to select the ‘Trash Can’ icon which is located next to the ‘Email Message’. If you click on the ‘Trash’ button, this will undo the ‘Adding the item to Blocked Senders’ and also unblock the email. Now, click on ‘Save’ just to save the changes which you made. At the end, you have to close the ‘Settings’ tab and then go to the unblocked email message in your ‘Inbox’.
