1. Update your Ethernet Adapter Driver:

In order to solve the connection issue, the user should fix an outdated or faulty Ethernet driver. For this, you should update the drivers with driver updater software. Driver updater will scan your PC and also the devices. Generally, Windows errors and bugs are due to the old or incompatible drivers. 2. Open Network Adapter Troubleshooter:

First, go to Start button on the Taskbar and then hit on Type here to search button. Now, you have to enter the keyword troubleshoot in the search text box. Then, you need to hit on Troubleshoot settings in order to open the tab in Settings. At this point, you should tap on Additional troubleshooters just to open the troubleshooter list in Settings. Here, you have to choose Network Adapter in Settings and then hit on the Run the troubleshooter button. After this, you need to choose Ethernet option in the Network Adapter troubleshooter and then tap on Next option.

3. Adjust Power Management Setting of your Ethernet Adapter:

Now, you should double-click on the Network adapters category in Device Manager in order to expand it. At this point, you have to right-click your Ethernet adapter which is listed there just to select its Properties option. Here, you should select the Power Management tab. 4. Check Ethernet is Enabled:

You have to open the search tool in Windows 10. Then, you have to type the keyword network in the search tool’s text box. After this, you have to tap on View network connections. Now, you need to right-click on Ethernet connection just to open its context menu. At the end, you need to choose the Enable option if incase, Ethernet is disabled.

5. Don’t use a Proxy Server:

The user should open Windows 10’s search box. Then, you need to write the keyword Internet Options in the search tool’s text box. After this, you should tap on Internet Options in order to open the Internet Properties window. Now, you should choose the Connections tab and then hit on the LAN settings button.
