1. Use PowerShell to Reinstall Missing Applications:

For this, you should open Start Menu and then type Powershell. After this, you should right-click on the top result and then hit on Run as administrator. Here, you need to copy and paste the command in your Powershell window and run it as administrator.

2. Disable God Mode:

3. Perform Clean Boot:

You should press Windows Key + R simultaneously and then input msconfig and tap on Enter or OK button. Now, System Configuration window will display on your screen.
