Generally, Microsoft Forms is enabled for everyone in an organization. But, sometimes a specific person is not able to access the Forms. In this situation, admin should check the license of that person and just enable the feature to his account. For MS Account information, go to www.office.com/myaccount.

Method To Fix If Your account is not enabled for Microsoft Forms:

1. Enable Microsoft Forms account for Particular People in your Organization:

1. First, you should visit to Microsoft 365 for the business portal and then sign in to your work or school account as an admin.

2. The user can also sign in to your Microsoft 365 admin account.

3. Then, on Microsoft 365 admin center page, you should expand Users which is on the left side of the screen.

4. After this, you should choose Active Users from the menu.

5. Here, you should visit to the right side and then look for the user. At this point, you should choose the box which is next to the name of the user for whom you wish to enable Microsoft Forms.

6. Now, you should go to the ribbon and then tap on Manage product licenses.

7. Next, you should tap on the Licenses and Apps tab which is in the user account form and then hit on the Apps section.

8. The user should check the box which is next to it, in order to enable Microsoft Forms for particular user.

9. In case, it is enabled, then just uncheck the box and check it again.

2. Enable Microsoft Forms for Everyone:

1. The user should go to Microsoft Azure in your browser and then sign in.

2. After this, you should expand the portal menu which is located on the left side of the pane and then hit on Azure Active Directory.

3. Then again in the left side, you should tap on Enterprise applications.

4. Now, in the right side, you should visit to the Application Type and then hit on it. Here, you will view a drop-down list.

5. Next from the drop-down, you should choose CollabDBService.

6. Here in the search result list, you should select CollabDBService.

7. At this point, from the Application Type drop-down list, you should choose Microsoft Applications.

8. Under the Application Type drop-down list, you should type Microsoft Forms in the search field.

9. Then in the search results list, you should choose Microsoft Forms.

10. For both CollabDBService and Microsoft Applications, you should follow the procedure.

11. The user should visit to the left side and just under Manage, you should tap on Properties.

12. Just on the right side, you should visit to the option – Enabled for users to sign-in? Here, you should move the toggle switch to No.

13. At last, you should press Save button.

3. Deselect and select Microsoft Forms:

Or, you can write cmd in the Search bar and then right tap on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator. Now, you should write netsh in Command Prompt and then tap on Enter key. After this, you should type winsock reset into Command Prompt and then tap on Enter key to run it. When the process is completed, then just restart the computer system for changes to take effect.

2. Uninstall KB3081449 and KB3081448 updates:

To uninstall, you should visit to Settings and then go to Update & Security section. After this, visit to View installed update history and then tap on Uninstall Updates. Here, you should find update KB3081449 and then uninstall it. If it does not solve our problem, then you should find update KB3081448 and then uninstall it.

3. Hide Hidden Files and Folders:

For this, you should press Windows Key + S together and then enter file explorer options. Now, you should choose File Explorer Options from the list of results. If File Explorer Options window opens up on your screen, then visit to the View tab and choose Don’t show hidden files, folders or drives. At last, tap on Apply and OK button to save changes.

To Modify Permissions for it:

The customer should first right-tap on the key and then chooses Permissions option. After this, tap on Advanced option. Now, you should tap on the Change link. Here, you should input Everyone in the field and then tap on Find name and then tap on OK button. Next in Advanced Security Settings, you should mark the checkbox of Replace owner on subcontainers and objects. At this point, you should tap on Add button and then hit on Select a principal link. Then, you should input Everyone and then complete the name and then tap on OK button. From the Basic permissions area, you should choose Full control. Here, you should apply the changes and then close the dialog box. After this, you should Return to the Registry Editor and then right-tap on the key. Next, you should delete the key and then reboot the machine. At last, you should re-install APO with the Configurator.

It is advised in Photos and Camera section, you should turn on both My Photo Stream and iCloud Photo Sharing features. After this, you can easily transfer the files from your iPhone.

2. Connect your Phone to USB 2.0 Port:

If the user is receiving the error message when they try to transfer the files from phone. But sometimes older phones are not compatible with USB 3.0, so in this situation you should transfer your files by using USB 2.0 port. Remember, USB 2.0 is slower but the user can transfer the files without any errors.

3. Copy Files to your PC:

Users face this error when they try to copy files from their phone to NAS drive. You should copy the files to your PC and then just move it to NAS. This process will take more time as you have to move your files twice.

4. Rename Files or Directories:

The users face this error when they access the files by using Calibre app. The issue is the long file path and the user can fix it by changing the file path or just rename the file which you are accessing. Because Windows has limitation in file path length and when you exceed this limit you will errors. To fix this issue, you should rename the files or move it to different directory and access it again.

5. Use Different USB Cable:

If the user faces the error, then you should use different USB cable. Because, might be your cable is damaged which results in this error. To fix this issue, you should use a different cable.

6. Reinstall your Device:

First, you should check that your phone is connected to the PC. After this, you should press Windows Key + X simultaneously and then from the menu, you should select Device Manager. If Device Manager opens up on your screen, then tap on Scan for hardware changes icon. You can uninstall your iPhone from Device Manager and then scan for hardware changes. At last, the user should restart the PC and just reconnect their phone. You should set this PC as trusted device, when you connect your phone.
