Here, you have to locate Flags in the right side and then double click on it. You should set its value to 122. And to the left, you should go to

HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelAccessibilityToggleKeys

At this point, you should locate Flags in the right side and then set its value to 58. At the end, you need to close Registry Editor and then restart your computer system.

4. Change Keyboard Power Management Settings:

The user should press Windows Key + X together and then select Device Manager. After this, you need to find your keyboard and then right-click on it. Now, you should choose Properties from the menu. At this point, you should go to the Power Management tab and then just verify to uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. At the end, you should hit on OK button to save changes.
