How You Can Share Your Screen In Microsoft Team?

Method To Share Screen in Microsoft Team:

For this, first you have to join the Teams call or meeting. Here, you can turn on your video if you want, but this is not necessary to share your screen. After this, you should share your screen, just by clicking on the sharing icon. Here, the sharing menu pops up just at the bottom of the Teams window which will show every window you have open. At this point, you should click your screen to share it. When a red outline shows up on your screen, this means you are sharing your screen.

Method to Share One Window or Program on Microsoft Teams:

First, you should join the Teams call or meeting. At this point, you can turn on your video if you want, but this not necessary to share your screen. If you want to share your screen, then tap on the sharing icon. If sharing menu displays, you should tap on the window which you want to present. Just see the red outline will displays around the window which you’ve selected to share. If in case, you switch to other windows or programs, when you’re sharing just the one window, then everyone on the call will see.

Method to Stop Sharing Your Screen on Microsoft Teams:

You will find the minimized Teams window just at the bottom of your screen. Here, you will see the sharing icon has changed slightly. Here, you will see a box with an X in it. To stop sharing your screen, you just have to click on the X.
